Requirements:


  • Currently working as salaried Food Service / Restaurant Manager for all of the past three years
  • Strong kitchen operational knowledge - from line checks to inventory
  • Experience working with freshly prepared food
  • Minimum of $2 MM sales volume experience
  • P&L and product knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills.
