Restaurant Manager - San Jose, CA 95123

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily operations in a high-volume environment
  • Schedule and appoint tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by the GM
  • Inventory, ordering and upholding restaurant maintenance and appearance
  • Other typical responsibilities to ensure ease of operations
  • Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
  • Demonstrate passion and commitment to employees and guests by maintaining positive relationships, store cleanliness, and helping out in any area of need
  • Financial analysis and forecasting
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
​Qualifications:
  • Current role high volume experience of at least $2.0 million or above
  • At least 2-3 years experience as salaried manager in high volume upscale casual restaurant
  • Knowledge of local store marketing --Involvement with local community a plus
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Expert P&L knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
