This is what we are looking for:
  • Greets and mingle with customers, buss tables, runs food, interacts with staff, monitors ticket times, monitors food and beverage quality.
  • Handles problems and complaints from customers, employees and vendors.
  • Assists the General Manager in the compilation of in- house weekly P&Ls.
  • Works with GM on building the team through interviewing, hiring and training.

Benefits:
  • 401K matches dollar for dollar for the first 4% of compensation
  • Bonuses paid quarterly up to 8% of quarterly salary.
  • The bonuses are paid consistently and are very attainable.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of Restaurant experience, with a demonstrable record of success as a Manager for no less than one (1) year.
  • Ability to support the management team in all facets of restaurant operations, sanitation and hygiene, staffing, cost control, and financial systems.
  • Computer literacy, basic math, written and verbal skills are necessary.
