We are seeking a fast track General Manager for a fun, fast paced restaurant/bar with a growing company where the right candidate can soar!
Responsibilities:
- Shared responsibility for daily operations to increase profit and enhance the guest experience
- Report to and support General Manager
- Promote a teaching and learning environment
- P&L, Bar cost, and inventory management
- Create an amazing atmosphere with a great dining experience
- Work with management, colleagues, and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
- Attract, recruit and develop a quality staff of A players
- Strong work ethic
- Motivate team members to accomplish goals
- Knowledge of food specs and execution
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience as a General Manager in full service restaurant with bar
- Experience with at least $2 million annual revenue
- Experience in Hiring & Training
- Professional appearance
- Full schedule flexibility
- Good longevity in current and past positions
- Strong understanding of local store marketing and community involvement
