Restaurant Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef 
$60,000 Up To $80,000 A Year Plus Bonus
Exceptional base salary and bonus program

High-volume, polished casual dining concept who serves food made from scratch and brews their own beer! They have over 80 scratch-made menu items!  In business since 1999, the sales volume average is $4 million per year at each of their 25+ locations!


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service through timely and accurate preparation of food
  • Willingness to work the line during busy meal periods, if needed
  • Build positive relationships with vendors and internal employees
  • Promote a positive atmosphere for workers of all levels
  • Ensure procedures and policies are adhered to
  • Training, coaching, and corrective action

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an KM/Executive Chef or Sous Chef in an upscale, high volume, casual dining environment.
  • Must have experience with prepping and cooking from scratch using a set menu.
  • Strong career progression in casual dining where food is scratch-made
  • Strong desire to Achieve
