Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Restaurant Manager experience -  preferably full-service
  • High volume experience and Hands-on management style
  • Comfortable working both FOH and BOH
  • Guest-focused
  • Great employment tenure

Responsibilities
  • Fully involved in FOH and BOH operations – from helping guests to prepping food.
  • Employee Scheduling, training and hiring
  • Maintenance of restaurant
  • Train and coach employees.
  • Inventory, ordering, receiving
  • General financial reporting / working with budgets, etc.
