Your Responsibilities


  • Empower the entire staff to deliver the an unsurpassed dining experience
  • Ensure consistency is upheld throughout with food, drinks and operational standards
  • Restaurant general manager to develop creative revenue growth strategies
  • Conduct employee reviews and offer feedback in regular team meetings
  • Gatekeeper of  knowledge and standards - develop fantastic teams

You need 3-5 years of experience in General Management, preferable quick casual.
And experience with fresh foods.
